  • Any customer can apply.

  • To apply customers complete an online form with details of what money they are receiving and what they are spending.

  • Once submitted, Octopus will review their circumstances and let them know how they can help. This could include:

    • financial assistance with bills

    • extended payment plans

    • home energy visits

    • free energy efficient electric blankets
