EON Next Customer Support

E.ON Next have 3 support options if their customers are struggling:

  1. Get help to create a personal budget and agree an affordable payment plan.

  2. Apply for a grant to help with bills

    • applicants will need to commit to a payment plan and pay the agreed amount for 3 months before the grant is awarded to reduce debt.

To apply customers must provide:

  • Proof of household income

  • Information about any benefits you receive from department of work and pensions.

  • Information about any pensions payments you receive (state pension and private pensions)

  • Information about the current condition of white goods

  • Medical confirmation

Joan Lawrie

Joan has worked for Thurso Community Development Trust since its inception in 2018. Firstly as a volunteer project officer before taking on the role of Development Officer and now Development Manager. Joan has a BA Child & Youth Studies, a BSc (Hons) Sustainable Development and is currently working on an MSc Net Zero Communities all through University of the Highlands & Islands.

Joan is passionate about the link between climate action projects and how these can help to solve issues around inequalities in our communities. She also constantly likes to think around how we can do differently to be the change.
