E.ON Next have 3 support options if their customers are struggling:
Get help to create a personal budget and agree an affordable payment plan.
Apply for a grant to help with bills
applicants will need to commit to a payment plan and pay the agreed amount for 3 months before the grant is awarded to reduce debt.
To apply customers must provide:
Proof of household income
Information about any benefits you receive from department of work and pensions.
Information about any pensions payments you receive (state pension and private pensions)
Information about the current condition of white goods
Medical confirmation
