North Highland Initiative operates across Caithness, Sutherland and Ross & Cromarty and runs funding programmes to help build diverse resilient communities.

The Energy Support Programme offers grants of up to £2000.00 to community groups that are struggling with the current cost of living crisis. The fund supports applications from community groups that:

  • Support to sustain an at-risk community group, service or facility,

  • Energy conservation initiatives,

  • Support for energy costs,

  • Urgent needs related to the cost of living including food and services.
